Who is LAND Bootcamp actually for?
The LAND Bootcamp is built for managers, directors, VPs, senior leaders, and experienced individual contributors who are actively searching, quietly exploring, or preparing for a transition. It assumes you are ready to be coached and to complete work between sessions, not that you want a passive course to watch.
Do I need to know how to code or already understand AI tools?
No. The LAND Bootcamp is built for directors and executives, not engineers. You do not need to code or already be comfortable with AI tools. Erin teaches the full setup live, step by step, in Session 1, and the system itself works through plain conversation.
What does the AI tool cost?
Your Job Search Operating System runs on a standard Claude subscription, about $20 per month, which is separate from your LAND Bootcamp enrollment. Setup instructions are taught live in Session 1, so you will know exactly what to sign up for and how to use it before you need it.
What if I cannot make a live session?
Each week's recording stays available until the next session airs, so you can catch up between weeks. After Session 4, full recording access reopens for the entire decision window, so you can revisit any session through October 14.
What happens after the 4 weeks end?
You enter a decision window that runs through October 14. Everything you personally created during the LAND Bootcamp is yours permanently either way. If you decide you want more support afterward, your full $197 is credited toward continuing with LAND Pro, LAND Plus or LAND VIP.
What if the 30 seats fill before September 16?
Cohort 01 is capped at 30 seats on purpose. If it fills before the start date, you will be able to join the waitlist for the next cohort.
Is there a guarantee?
Attend Session 1. If you genuinely do not think it provided value, notify us in writing within 48 hours of that session for a full refund. You must have been present at Session 1 to be eligible. Outside that window, enrollment is non-refundable.
Can I transfer my enrollment if my plans change?
Yes. Enrollment can be transferred to another person or to a future LAND Bootcamp for a $20 transfer fee. A future cohort is not guaranteed to run, so transferring to one carries that risk. This is separate from the Session 1 refund window described above.
Is the LAND Bootcamp enough on its own, or do I need more?
The LAND Bootcamp is built to be a complete 4-week experience on its own: real positioning, a real outreach system, and a real interview and negotiation approach. Some people finish and are set to keep going independently. If you would rather have more hands-on, ongoing support after, that is available, and your $197 carries forward if you choose it.
Can I get 1:1 time with Erin during the LAND Bootcamp?
1:1 sessions are not part of the LAND Bootcamp itself, which is built as a live group cohort. Individual coaching becomes available if you choose to continue with either LAND Pro, LAND Plus, or LAND VIP afterward.
Is this the same as the full LAND Program?
No. The LAND Bootcamp is a standalone system you run yourself. The full LAND Pro, LAND Plus and LAND VIP programs include more done-for-you support and are only mentioned briefly at the final session for anyone who wants to keep going.
