Welcome to EmpowHER.

By enrolling in our program, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please review them carefully.

1. Payment and Enrollment

1.1. When you enroll in EmpowHER Option 2 or Option 3, a non-refundable deposit of $500 is required to secure your spot in the program.

1.2. The remaining balance will be paid in installments, as detailed below:

• Option 2: $500 deposit + 3 monthly payments of $1583 each, starting one month after your chosen session start date (either January 04, 2025, or February 07, 2025).
  
  
• Option 3: $500 deposit + 6 monthly payments of $833 each, starting one month after your chosen session start date (either January 04, 2025, or February 07, 2025).

1.3. You will receive a manual invoice via email for each installment payment. Payments are due within 7 days of receiving the invoice.

2. Program Access

2.1. Access to the EmpowHER program will commence on your chosen session start date.

2.2. You will receive an email notification with instructions on how to access the program content and participate in sessions.

3. Refund Policy

3.1. The $500 deposit is non-refundable.

3.2. Once the program has started, no refunds will be issued for any installment payments made.

3.3. Although refunds are not available, you can repurpose your payment towards any services sold on Ascension Coaching.

3.4 In the event of program cancellation by EmpowHER, a full refund of the payment will be provided.

4. Changes to Terms and Conditions

4.1. EmpowHER reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and it is your responsibility to review them periodically.
