For over 20 years, my job was to stand at the end of a runway, in front of a high jump bar, with one task: clear it. Making an Olympic team is not one jump. It is thousands of practice jumps, early mornings, qualifying meets, and small technical corrections that only matter because you never stop showing up for them. Every one of those reps existed to make one moment, at trials, in front of the bar that decided everything, less about luck and more about preparation. That is the lens I bring to a job search. A mid to senior level search is training for your own big event, the offer that changes your career. It rewards preparation and strategy, not hope.
I built LAND Bootcamp because I keep meeting mid to senior level leaders who are running their search the way a first-time athlete trains: on instinct, alone, without a plan, wondering why the effort is not converting. LAND Bootcamp does not promise you will have an offer in 4 weeks. Nobody can honestly promise that, and this page will not pretend otherwise. What Erin can promise is this: show up for Session 1. If you attend and genuinely do not think it provided value, notify us in writing within 48 hours of that session, and you will receive a full refund. You must have been present at Session 1 to be eligible. Outside that window, enrollment is non-refundable, the same way it would be for an athlete once the approach to the bar has already started.
If your plans change, your seat does not have to go to waste. Enrollment can be transferred to another person, or to a future LAND Bootcamp, for a $20 transfer fee. A future cohort is not guaranteed to run, so a transfer to one carries that risk.

The LAND Bootcamp is built for mid to senior level leaders and experienced individual contributors who are actively searching, quietly exploring, or preparing for a transition. It assumes you are ready to be coached and to complete work between sessions, not that you want a passive course to watch.
No. The LAND Bootcamp is built for mid to senior level leaders, not engineers. You do not need to code or already be comfortable with AI tools. Erin teaches the full setup live, step by step, in Session 1, and the system itself works through plain conversation.
Your Job Search Operating System runs on a standard Claude subscription, about $20 per month, which is separate from your LAND Bootcamp enrollment. Setup instructions are taught live in Session 1, so you will know exactly what to sign up for and how to use it before you need it.
Each week’s recording stays available until the next session airs, so you can catch up between weeks. After Session 4, full recording access reopens for the entire decision window, so you can revisit any session through October 14.
You enter a decision window that runs through October 14. Everything you personally created during the LAND Bootcamp is yours permanently either way. If you decide you want more support afterward, your full $197 is credited toward continuing with Ascension.

1:1 sessions are not part of the LAND Bootcamp itself, which is built as a live group cohort. Individual coaching becomes available if you choose to continue with either LAND Plus or LAND VIP afterward.
